Registration

The following categories are eligible for special rates:

• Allied Health Professionals: Nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, radiographers, and other non-physician healthcare providers.
• NGO Representatives: Staff or volunteers from non-profit organizations, patient associations, or advocacy groups.
• Members of Supporting Scientific Societies: Active members of societies endorsing the conference (e.g., IAGG, SIGG, etc.). Please provide your membership ID during registration.
• Trainees/Residents: Medical residents, PhD students, or healthcare professionals in training. A valid proof of status (e.g., university enrollment letter or training certificate) may be requested.

Step-by-step registration:

1. Online: Visit www.asgg2026sanmarino.org and click on “Register Now.” Fill in your details, select your category, and upload any required documents (e.g., proof of membership or trainee status).
2. Payment: Secure your spot by paying via:
   • Credit/debit card.
   • Bank transfer (details provided in the confirmation email).
   • Note: Payments via bank transfer may take 3–5 business days to process. Your registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
3. Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket and invoice within 24 hours of payment.

Important notes:

• Cancellation policy: No refunds will be issued after 24h.
